I started following this diet upon receiving a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in February 2007. If you or anyone you know has multiple sclerosis please consider a donation to The Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre. This organization is one of very few in the world that is conducting research into nutritional treatment approaches for multiple sclerosis.
